Day 3 — Keep Up The Great Work!
Day 3, or as we call it around the ProLon® office, “Fasting Hump Day!” That’s right, today marks the halfway point. Awesome! Keep going! You’ve got this!
Expectations: Some people find Day 3 to be the most challenging day of the diet. We’d like you to try to reframe it into a positive light — think of fatigue or hunger as your body’s way of letting you know that it’s resetting.
